Submit your completed Top 25 list with at least 25 qualified prospects.

Licensing Status
You must either be in the licensing process OR already licensed.

FLS or Policy
You must have completed FLS OR have a personal policy.
After You Submit
You’ll Receive Your Decision by Email
Once your submission is verified, we’ll email your result and next steps.
Verified & Approved
You’ll receive an approval email confirming that you have qualified for FSS, along with your registration details and next steps.
Declined or Incomplete
You’ll receive an email explaining which requirement was not verified and what you need to correct before submitting again.
